Between 2008 - 2018 I wore a bunch of hats for Kore Group; Lead Designer, Photographer, Videographer, Art Director, Brand Director, Printer Repairman. At every step my role and responsibilities increased, to the point that I rose to Lead Designer and Art Director for Kore Group and its parent company Kaye-Smith, overseeing both companies' brands.
Logo Redesign
In 2018 Kore Group was acquired by a larger company giving it an opportunity to expand its client base. To mark the evolution of the company it was decided to tweak the existing logo. The corners in the typeface were rounded and the color palette changed to be more vibrant, fresh orange and blue. The result was a logo that better targeted the mostly female, mostly Millennial demographic.


Business Cards
In an age of emails and LinkedIn messages, a well designed business card still makes an impact. These bad boys are offset printed on luxurious #220 paper with hand inked sides. Thick enough to reshingle your roof.

Kore Group Website Redesign
A new logo requires a new website. Kore Group is a promotional marketing company that believes the best promotional items are the ones you want to keep and keep using. The site uses a ton of custom photography (shot by me) and engaging video (also by me). The result is a dynamic website that more than doubled the previous version's traffic.

Self Promotion Campaigns
It's hard to reach out to new clients when you're stuck at home avoiding a deadly pandemic. As a way to let clients and prospects know we were still hard at work, I came up with this self-promotion campaign for Kore Group. Road trips and camping were a couple of the few things people could do that were both socially distancing and got you out of the house. We sent these out in early 2021 as vaccines were just beginning to be rolled out. The unspoken "Go" in the tagline "Ready... Set..." reflected people’s urge to get back to normal.
